They are making it if difficult for the honest members and giving the industry as bad reputation. Also if you decide to purchase something please make sure to accurately and properly check your ID's and receipts to make sure it is written legibly that what you ordered is properly written on the receipts and that if you just made a deposit they must give you a balance receipt to mail in your balance within 10 business days" If you did the total the only receipt you should be receiving is the first white copy indicating 0 balance.

We have had complaints that some of these slick representatives are altering or changing the orders and not until we finally receiving a complaint from a customer are we aware of this situation which may takes several months before the clearinghouse is notified which will result in backlog cancellations and delays of peoples orders and we are trying to do all we can to try and stop this from happening and when we are notified we do terminate their involvement with the organization.

We are a group of sales people who live travel and work together like a second family in our home away from home.

While this type of industry is some what unorthodox and unconventional we believe in following a code of ethics and principal morals which helps keeps this group together by following a set of rules and regulations like:

We do not allow alcoholic beverage on week nights because you need to keep a clear mind to learn and do your job also no drugs of any kind  not prescribed by a Doctor  on crew in rooms company vehicle or in the field.

We enforce a week night curfew at 12:30AM during week nights because you need to get proper rest to prepare  for the upcoming days work and everyone must be in morning meeting by 9AM

We do not condone  or allow any fighting on the crew, We have a THREE STRIKES YOU'RE OUT law meaning twice we'll warn you when you screw up the third time you will receive a prepaid ticket back to from where you were hired because we do not need the head aches on the crew.

Although it is a casual & comfortable wear industry where you are allowed to wear jeans and sneakers in the field we must still look presentable and professional so  MEN must be well shaved hair cut clean clothes and wearing a tie and company I.D. when working.

Again' if you can apply the 3 L's ..LOOK-LISTEN & LEAN you can do well with this company

Since we travel with such large groups of young people age 18 and over these types of rules helps keep the group well balanced and YES there are other crews that have deviated away from the basics and tried to revolutionize the industry but that brought them more head aches complaints and problems than they bargain for.

So agaIn YES there are groups out there that do not follow the proper guidelines or have been involved in shady bevavior or activities and so we the TOPS  & P.O.W.E.R program work to seperate oursleves from the likes of these crews and one should not judge the whole industry over a few bad apples"

It has been said by some former agents / sales people that people on our crew or crews like this suffer, don't have anything and do not eat etc and I say only those whom have gotten caught busted and fired for braking the rules doing drugs fighting robbing or defrauding the customers with misrepresentation forgery stealing money from customers etc who feel now they need to be vengeful for getting caught and fired like a disgruntled  employee so they create a smear campaign to try and get back at their bosses but this blog proves that our crew not only travel and stay at nice places but love to have fun eat and buy lots of personal items so don't just believe everything you read and those haters should just stop hating and get a life.

Pull your pants up! One town in Louisiana is fining people for wearing saggy pants. $50 the first time, $100 the second time and if you're caught a 3rd time, it's $100 plus 16 hours of mandatory community service. The reason - to clean up community standards.

In Massachusetts it's all about "Respect Yourself. Respect YourCommunity." The law states you can be fined up to $300, serve up to 3 years in state prison, or face up to 2 years in county jail.

How did the "saggy pants" trend start? The look actually came from prison where the incarcerated are not issued belts to keep the pants up that are not custom fitted. Prison issued clothing tends to be rather baggy, especially the pants that tend to fall off. In prison, this fashion also comes from the brothers signaling that they are looking for sex. Basically, saggy pants mean that the person wearing them is open for homosexual companionship from another prisoner.

Also, during slavery, slaves were forced to wear oversized clothing to discourage escapes. It was thought that escape attempts would be prevented if the slaves couldn't run.

Mike Reynolds, Oklahoma Rep: 'It's Not Our Job To See That Anyone Gets An Education'

Oklahoma state Rep. Mike Reynolds (R-Oklahoma City) told fellow lawmakers last week that they have no responsibility to ensure students have access to a college education.

The state's legislature has been debating a bill that would expand Oklahoma's Promise, a program that provides post-secondary education scholarships to qualified low-income students. State Rep. James Lockhart (D-Heavener) emailed colleagues to highlight a student named Austin, who, Lockhart was told, earned a 4.39 GPA and a 32 on the ACT, but doesn't qualify for Pell grants and has only received a few scholarships, which won't cover his tuition bill. In an email exchange posted on the state Democratic Party's website, Lockhart wrote:

How do we guarantee that students like Austin, who is clearly very much a top student, get an education? These are the ones that will cure cancer, create the next big invention or possibly become a great leader. How do we help these students?

It's OUR JOB to see this kid get an education. We want our best and brightest to receive an education that lets them reach their full potential. We are failing him.

Reynolds responded:

It is not our job to see that anyone gets an education. It is not the responsibility of me, you, or any constituent in my district to pay for his or any other persons [sic] education. Their GPA, ACT, AS[V]AB, determination have nothing to do with who is responsible. Their potential to benefit society is irrelevant.

He clarified in an email to The Huffington Post that he supports free public K-12 education, but not beyond that.

"I support the Oklahoma Constitution with regard to funding common education and find nothing in the Oklahoma Constitution with regard to free Higher Education," Reynolds said.

Reynolds' comment runs counter to the broad sentiments of his party's early leaders. The Morrill Act of 1862, which was named for a GOP founder, Sen. Justin Morrill of Vermont, and signed into law by the first Republican president, Abraham Lincoln, essentially gave birth to public higher education. Morrill said the purpose of his namesake legislation was to create a "college in every State upon a sure and perpetual foundation, accessible to all, but especially to the sons of toil."

More recently, a study from the State Chamber of Oklahoma, a business lobbying group, found that the state receives $4.72 in return for every dollar invested in public higher education and that public higher education was responsible for 85,000 Oklahoma jobs in 2011.

But Reynolds is noted for his willingness to disagree with Democrats and fellow Republicans. Last year, Tulsa World described him as the state "legislature's top naysayer" because he's voted no more than any other lawmaker. He sponsored legislation in January 2012 to reinstate "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" for the Oklahoma National Guard. And earlier this year, he sponsored a personhood bill essentially the same as a measure that failed in a divisive battle last year.

Putting our heads in the sand and pretending that we are not on the verge of an absolutely horrific water crisis is not going to make it go away. Without water, you cannot grow crops, you cannot raise livestock and you cannot support modern cities. Needless to say, it makes ZERO SENSE that the best weapon for the killing was left in the trunk of the vehicle. and could NOT possibly have been used at the school because the dead shooter couldn’t have put it back into the trunk.

Which raises the all important question: “Say, this kid shot mommy in the face 6 times with this thing that day, how many rounds did the stupid moron [officer at the trunk] eject from the still inserted magazine onto the pavement behind the weapon?”

I’m presuming that the magazine was ‘full’ though no gun owner would ever allow any weapon to be so stored as this puts a preset into the magazine feed spring, which is a bad idea all the way around. IF the magazine was ‘full’ at the house, and the kid didn’t calmly sit down and reload it again after killing mommy, that magazine would have a total capacity minus ’6′ or however the guy fired into mommy’s face.

Another good reason for the trunk of the vehicle to have been ‘sealed’ immediately for the vehicle to be processed properly at the State’s crime laboratory for fingerprints and other clues. Once the trunk was opened on the car and it was ascertained that the trunk did not contain any obvious booby traps of any kind, the trunk should have been shut again very carefully, the trunk lid sealed by special evidence anti tamper tape across the trunk lid seal to the body, and indeed over the key opening, and the vehicle put on a flatbed and towed to the crime lab for extensive analysis.

My guess is that that was not done. But that’s exactly what should have been done when the police determined the car contained weapons not used in the shooting, obviously, least not at the SCHOOL. That car would have gone to the central crime lab there in Hartford for processing, not mucked with on location by morons.

On Sunday December 17, 2012, 2 days after the CT shooting, a man went to a restaurant in San Antonio to kill his X-girlfriend. After he shot her, most of the people in the restaurant fled next door to a theater. The gunman followed them and entered the theater so he could shoot more people. He started shooting and people in the theater started running and screaming. It’s like the Aurora, CO theater story plus a restaurant!   Now aren’t you wondering why this isn’t a lead story in the national media along with the school shooting?   There was an off duty county deputy at the theater. SHE pulled out her gun and shot the man 4 times before he had a chance to kill anyone. So since this story makes the point that the best thing to stop a bad person with a gun is a good person with a gun, the media is treating it like it never happened.   Only the local media covered it. The city is giving her a medal next week. Just thought you’d like to know.

A trainee will learn to develop people communication skills direct  sales marketing  negotiations power closing and consistency.A trainer is ready to build and create their family tree and learn to duplicate themselves and teach others the sames traits while building a team / family tree of trainees that will LOOK LISTEN & LEARN and follow your patterns which will later be helpful in preparing you for car handler/supervisor.Now a car handler is also known as a territory supervisor which are  responsible for their vehicles and the people in it.car handlers not only serves as car pool service providing transportation to our reps to and from work but they also are responsible for finding suitable territory for our reps to work in and in many cases has to serve as a self proclaimed case worker or counselor of some sort while dealing with every individuals different personalities, their concerns complaints and or anything that may arise like working with their rejections bad days  lack of confidence etc and help in their daily progress by holding pep talks and up to even taking them out to show them a proper closing if necessary. Now a ROOM LEADER  is as important if not more important also because they have to deal with their room mates bad bays and negative attitudes hearing their grips and complaints and working to hold a GETCHA MIND RIGHT meeting and get them back on track for a better day the next day. Also a room leader besides keeping their rooms well kept and clean usually creates a bulletin board chart in their rooms showing their room mates the technique to OPERATION BREAKDOWN to learn consistency and progress in their business, and a good room leader LEADS BY EXAMPLE and have their business most of the time during the week.  Then comes the junior manager"/ newly promoted. which will work with the sales crew and help hold meetings prepare activities on the crew hire people pay bills trouble shoot problems etc. A senior manager may often over see the whole organization with several managers and their plate is definitely full when it comes to managing. If done properly while finding ways to advance or keep up with the times but at the same time sticking to the principal basics which was designed to hold the crew together like crazy glue then many success stories may follow later.We must remember that in the regular outside world there is much temptations and negatives that one must protect from like drugs gangs thieves  and a host of many other problems and we as a group of positive thinking goal oriented young future entrepreneurs must watch each others back in order to stay on top. It is easy to get distracted and become negative" Remember that idle time is the devil's workshop and our young folks are not from these states we visit to.New people should always  be watched and or accompanies at all times and not left to wander around in a city or hotel alone, Trainers should always work with their trainees and help them with their presentations answer their questions and maybe take them to breakfast in the mornings and give them a pep talk , take an interest in their progress.The crew leaders should be doing wake up calls and midnight curfews at night to ensure everyone is up and preparing for a big positive day remembering that punctuality is key to progress and midnight curfews is to ensure everyone is preparing to get proper rest for a positive day tomorrow while at the same time assuring  that our crew is safe and accounted for.MORNING MEETING"In every profession one must stay ahead of their craft and sharpen their technique's and so our morning P.M.A. meetings are like a racer's pit stop where the race driver will bring the race car in to fine tune it check the fluids the wheels the engine etc in order to run and win a good race , well this is what we do in our P.M.A. meeting ( POSITIVE MENTAL ATTITUDE ) where we work with perfecting our sales presentations and learning to handle T rejections.So while many of the outside world do not understand our organization and often times stereo type or discriminate our group or industry with accusations some times brought on by a few bad apples we as TOPS need to remember that not only are we minorities but also we are not  following the regular conditioned life styles regular society is accustomed to.This industry while some what unorthodox and unconventional has been around for over 100 years now but has seen it's share of bad news while remembering that throughout the years many different type crews cropped up in the past that chooses to not follow the basics and have done things with their bad habits to where they have tarnished the name and reputation of the outdoor direct sales marketing industry    One must remember that every individual is their own person and what tempts or convinces a person to steal lie cheat or scam others for their own personal private greedy gain is what's been boggling the minds of experts in the field of studying human behavior for many many years to the point where their actions affects either the company school or organization they work for or are a part of and also may create a ripple affect that's been known to destroy reputations and lives.

The sad thing is that when irresponsible reckless individuals create those problems like employee's of fast food chains tampering with the foods they prepare or cashiers stealing money or credit card info's to wall street scams bankers, investment brokers to even door to door sales people lying stealing or misrepresenting the company & product then often times the losers are the clients and the company , the clients may lose their money the company not only may get sued but also receive a  bad record with the BBB the consumer affairs bad publicity etc, and the end result is not only poor ratings but loss of clients and cancellations .

So YES many companies should take responsibility for the actions of their employee's and often times they may implement new rules strict business practices do background checks etc but if a person is a ticking time bomb and they for what ever reason in their personal private lives plan to become reckless or destructive there's really nothing anyone can really do and I'm saying all this because the outdoor direct sales marketing industry even though has been around for over 100 years has taken a beating and it's reputation tarnished by shady companies or individuals that have no regards for anyone but themselves but again PLEASE do not throw out the whole bushel over a few bad apples" I'm not trying to find excuses for them all I'm saying is that in many cases people have done well with the company while in many households nationwide families have enjoyed several popular periodicals and publications by which they have used to educate their children and for that reason kept buying from the company but as generation passes and these fast paced times changes people begin to try and reinvent the wheel and change the basics because they believe it is better or quicker to their advantage and when one begins to try and change the process by where the company or organization was founded on trouble follows.

We gotta remember that this type of industry is a world within a world and while living traveling and working together in a close family like community type environment people's true colors will soon begin to show their likes habits true personalities etc while thinking of that let's look at this matter a little further"

Now even though we teach daily seminars for free on how to handle rejections or keep a positive attitude some people still can't handle rejections they cave in to peer pressure others have or may develop bad habits and some may result into lying to the customer to make the sales or misrepresentation stealing etc.When the company finds out they give warnings but these problematic agents now begin to partake in inappropriate activities while still on the crew like drinking smoking weed or taking other drugs getting into fights with their peers so since they were walking a type rope they now get fired and sent home so many leave with no money because they were already in the red squandering their earnings with bad habits and choices or screwing up receiving complaints and cancellations etc so rather than blaming themselves for their downfalls setbacks or failures they blame the company or organization because in many cases they are ashamed of going back home to their families without nothing to show for .Now the company took a loss by providing room & board and even though they were not producing they would still receive monetary draws and week end advances so when they finally leave the company took a loss but over all it is an investment and a write off and many reps turn out to be great sales people and a benefit to the industry and themselves.

But again when these failing agents are sent home or fired rather than taking responsibility for their screw ups they blame the company or organization by saying they didn't pay them or treated them unfair or worked them like slaves or anything to plead their case or pass the blame. I do understand to an extent that the company bares certain responsibility for their employee's behaviors but when a person is acting negative they will tend to react in a reckless manner with no regards to anyone but themselves they try to blame everyone even society for their failures rather than checking themselves. Many people have gone to be successful out of this industry bought homes started other businesses made enough money to go back to school etc and Many are still in the industry or learned from the industry to where their experience helped them launched other careers in their home towns and then there are those who didn't make it or failed or didn't pan outbut over all the out door direct sales marketing industry is still a respectful successful lucrative industry So hopefully this personal story presentation will help our readers better understand the life of a traveling sales person and or our industry and hopefully not judge us because of the stupidity of a few.

Major Stock Market Crash In December 2012 According To Roubini & The Prophecy Of Edgar Cayce

According to Nouriel Roubini (Dr. Doom) and the prophecy of Edgar Cayce,  Wall Street will have a major crash in December of this year.

Nouriel Roubini, professor of economics at New York University and chairman of Roubini Global Economics, has reportedly said that the stock market will be in for a major shock by December 18th of this year.

Roubini reportedly feels that the alarming economic downturn will cause “the global financial system to implode,” according to a source close to a Wall Street executive.

What is most shocking is the Edgar Cayce, known as the “sleeping prophet” predicted back in 1940 that there would be major stock market crash in December of 2012.

As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government.

States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States.

These petitions were filed just days after the 2012 Presidential election.

Louisiana was the first State to file a petition a day after the election by a Michael E. from Slidell, Louisiana. Texas was the next State to follow by a Micah H. from Arlington, Texas.

The government allows one month from the day the petition is submitted to obtain 25,000 signatures in order for the Obama administration to consider the request.

The Texas petition reads as follows:

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’ standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.

As of 12:46 am, Sunday, signatures obtained by Louisiana, 7,358; Texas, 3,771; Florida, 636; Georgia, 475; Alabama, 834; North Carolina, 792; Kentucky, 467; Mississippi, 475; Indiana, 449; North Dakota, 162; Montana, 440; Colorado, 324; Oregon, 328; New Jersey, 301 and New York, 169. Many more States are expected to follow.

Huge FEMA Camps Being Setup In Linden, NJ. Not Even A Disaster Area!!

Anyone who travelled north on Routes 1 and 9 from Woodbridge to Linden remembers Linden Airport, and the General Motors plant right across the narrow lanes of the highway.

That plant was torn down in 2008 to make way for a building renaissance that so far hasn’t happened. But in the past few days what has arisen aren’t structures of steel and concrete, but an encampment comprised of wooden poles and white tent bunting.

An enormous tent city, complete with guards, fencing, and gates, is now housed at the old GM plant site. There are water trucks, vehicles for taking showers, and what looks like a ton of raw materials for more building.

Trying to find out what it’s for, though, is another story.

A nearby resident of the plant had spoken to several of the guards, who swore it was a project of FEMA – the acronym for the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

But FEMA spokesman Scott Sanders at first denied that his agency had anything to do with the white tent city.

“We might provide provisions, but we don’t run shelters,” Sanders said when asked if the tents were to be used for people displaced by Hurricane Sandy. Across the Arthur Kill from Woodbridge, Staten Island residents who were devastated by last week’s hurricane and storm surge are still homeless.

Officials in Staten Island have been looking at several possible sites to house Sandy victims, including reopening an old prison facility, according to the Staten Island Advance.

Sanders pointed to the Red Cross as a source for finding out what the tent city is for; the Red

Cross did not return repeated phone calls.

AGAIN" I would love to see a major over haul or revamping of our political process especially with regard to how or who we vote for and would love to see a complete new clean house concept across the board from both sides of the fence and from within every level of politics local state and government by where we can get rid of all members of the set in their ways good ol boys society and give them all a pink slip  but while we're waiting for the rest of the country to wake up and catch on then we can not afford to allow a selfish ego driven 1%er who believes that close to half of the country are lazy shiftless good for nothing leaches who strongly back & support the interests of the big companies and the rich who have no respect nor regard for women's rights who talk about getting tough with China while monetarily being in bed with them and so much more but we need to at least deal with someone who does have a record for making things happen in and for mainstream society in the interest of the 99% as a whole and remember that when president Obama took office he was given a house practically in ruins with the past administration's bad choices with regard to the economy corporate greed wall street scandals the mortgage industries blatant disregard to the rules while lying to potential clients to make a quick buck the bank bailouts and companies going under and shutting down or outsourcing & laying off by the 1000's to stay afloat their false flags and bad choices that got us in the mess we're in with regards to these wars etc etc and then we expect Obama to clean up this GIANT of a mess in just four years??!! KEEP IT REAL...anyway DO THE MATH and stop relying or believing in the jokes jabs puns and one liners trying to put a spin on the facts or the truth, so when we can convince the masses to NOT vote from both sides of the fence to force political change I will do the same but since the majority of soceity is still stuck on the present system I am forced to vote for the lesser of both evils and I say that because of several of the bad choices Obama participates in  but  at this point NOT voting would be more dangerous than voting.
